Psalms Roadshow Bannside Banbridge

The first of the Psalms Roadshows took place on Saturday 5 February 2011 at Bannside Presbyterian Church Church in Banbridge Co Down.

 

Attended by 80 people  who not only had the opportuity to sing  Psalms  to new tunes and settings there  also  the opportunity to attend a number of worship workshops.

In much contemporary worship, Psalms have lost their place. Yet the Psalms offer one of the richest biblical resources to deepen faith formation through worship.

We invite you to come and read, sing, pray and study the Psalms with us. We will be using a wide variety of styles, settings which are old and new. The roadshow is open to anyone involved in leading worship on a Sunday. Ministers, worship directors and lay people are all equally welcome.
