Christianity Explored

This is a taster for the new Christianity Explored Course that will be launched in May this year.

Craig  Dyer the Training Director for Christianity Explored will be leading seminars on the new version at the 2011  Keswick at Portstewart Convention.

Keswick at Portstewart  Convention will take place from  9-15 July 2011 and the speakers include Edwin Ewart, Liam Goligher, and David Johnston. For more details  www.keswickatportstewart.org

Evangelism - Food for the Christian

Paul Williams  is Minster of Christ  Church Fulwood in Sheffield. He was one of the speakers at Keswick at Portstewart held each  July. Evangelism-Food for the Chrsitain was the title of his sermon on the Thursday evening at the Convention.

I’m just letting you know that I’m having some surgery tomorrow (Tuesday  6) for a hernia that has been steadily getting worse. This is America, the land of no waiting lists and when I inquired Friday (at a point when I was in considerable pain), the doctor simply said – turn up Tuesday morning at 5.30am and we’ll fix it for you; this is the July 4^th weekend and everything is closed until then.  I think I’d prefer an 18 month waiting list to get used to the idea. I’m told flying Friday is possible so long as I have drugs! I do intend to make it and am simply asking for your prayers at this point. I may need a stool next week however.  I’ll keep you informed…
