Prayer and Praise for:
On Sunday 4 December Fahan will hold a carol service at 7.30 pm in the church. In advance of the service 420 calendars will have been distributed to local homes along with an invitation to the service. These calendars produced in Southern Ireland include a greeting in Irish and a Scripture message. In addition, the parents from the local community who have children at the mother and toddler group which meets in the church will receive calendars as a free gift and an invitation to the carol service.
Give thanks for a positive response when this was done previously and for opportunities to talk to those who live near to the church.
Pray that many locals will come along to the service.
Pray for God to speak to needy hearts through music, drama and especially through the preaching of God’s Word.
Pray also for the strengthening of relationships and for a move of God’s Spirit in the local area.
