Prayer and Praise for:
Praise God for the 60 people who attended the Christian Life and Witness Course last month.
Pray the Holy Spirit will continue to not only give each person great courage as they witness to unbelievers around them; but will also place them in situations where they are confident to talk about the real difference Christ has made in their lives.
West Church Presbyterian, Ballymena – Amanda Cooper
Pray for:
Please pray for the newly established Ballymena Friendship Club based in the Braid Café. This is an initiative to help those from an ethnic background make friendships and integrate into the community through a safe and caring environment in the club.
Volunteers from West Church and 1st Ballymena Presbyterian will staff the club in conjunction with interpreters from the inter-Ethnic Forum. The Friendship Club works in conjunction with our door-to-door and will provide a neutral venue, where we can invite people we are trying to build relationships with within the community.
Pray that God will guide our volunteers in all they do, and that opportunities to share our faith will occur as friendships develop.
